THAI MASSAGE
I offer traditional Thai massage techniques with firm pressure on customized target points according to your concerns. I will loosen muscles, reduce stress and tension by fingers, hands, palms elbows, knees or feet incorporating yoga stretching into the session.
DEEP TISSUES
I offer a massage treatment which serves a purpose of recovery of tense muscles due to injury or general body pain. This method combines gentle and strong relief using oil.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
I provide relaxing techniques with long gliding strokes using oil. This method of gliding will provide a healthy blood flow directly to the heart.
REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE
I provide focused pressure techniques directed at the hands and feet. This method provides a better correspondence to your glands and organs. There are points in your body that are connected to each other which I am able to heal through reflexology.
